Low back/hip tightness
Started powerlifting about 2 months ago, planning on my first meet on March 26. Full power. Problem is during my deads and squawts my low back gets super tight and almost even to the point of pain. I started the "limber 11" and it seems to help but not completely. The tightness/pain lasts...- rpm57

Myprotein Whey Flavors
Chocolate Caramel is my FAV! However only tried that and vanilla raspberry, which was pretty good as well especially in oatmeal and in the ice cream maker! Yesterday got 5.5 lb for 30$ shipped! Love the deals- rpm57

Clem cycle
I really had much better luck with EC stack than I did with clen. Clean your diet up if not already, low level cardio (walk on incline for 30-40min) and EC should do the trick. DRINK H2O!!! 1-2 gal a day with either route.- rpm57
