    1 cap every morning is what I do and then 2-3 more caps pre workout.... everyone is different however it really has some great health benefits that make it great to take 1-2 caps each day.

    go with x1 in the AM and x2 caps 8 or so hrs later OR on training days take the x2 caps pre workout.
