    On trt an AI is horrible for you..ppl on AI are not dialed in with their trt..dosage and frequencies need to be adjusted till you have symptom relief

    Stopping the AI your hormones start to adjust.. have to give it 6 to 10 weeks then you will start feeling alot better..

    Cialis just take whenever during the day..I'm on trt been on cialis since last September 5mg..I take it in the morning..you might get heartburn for the first month or two..some ppl get body aches as well

    Just hold for 10 sec in the delt..you are fine if some leaks..I inject delts EOD it's not gonna make or break you if any comes out..it doesn't work that way

    My E2 is in the 50s..by getting rid of the AI my libido improved body fat went down. Energy improved..took about 13 weeks to balance out once I stopped the AI..then adjusted test till I got symptom relief..give it a try can always go back to your AI

    Trt 10yrs...estrogen isnt the issue if you are on a trt dose..its your protocol ....taking too much test or not enough even..or your injection frequency needs adjustments..most ppl dont give their body enough time to balance when on trt..

    Find a good dr.. trt will help you...inject at least twice a week stay away from AI..focus on free T not total T..don't worry about estrogen..good luck
