Injectable is not worth any more than a sublingual. Monthly or Bi-weekly injections have absolutely no merit contrary to what people would like to believe to something like a daily sublingual (Jarrow makes a great sublingual)
First off Zinc is a very very mild aromatase inhibitor so I wouldn't worry about bumping up the dosage to 30-45mgs.
MVP/ZMK stack...no question. (Co-enzyme B's and methyl-folate instead of folic acid)

Not an expert by any means but isn't hypersomnia generally a primary issue that underlies a secondary issue (like sleep apnea)? If so have you actually tackled it?

HMB sucks at building muscle but it works for people who have muscle wasting diseases and are in stages of critical illness, also, there's evidence that it can slow and even mitigate the effects of sarcopenia.
