    RAD is a solid SARM. Never had one side effect when running it. MK677 causes bloating in some but RAD doesn't. I had blood work done and all checked out good. Few friends have ran this and all had good gains.

    I ran LGD at 10mg per day. I got a solid 9 pound over a 6 week period, I ate about 4-5,000 calories per day. I like LGD but S23 just made feel amazing with great gains.
