    I'm using Phlogel Ultra. At two pumps of androgel my T levels were at 183. My doc increased my dosage to four pumps. I'm expecting my T levels to be somewhere between 350-400 without Phlogel. With Phlogel I was hoping for 600-700. Do you think this is realistic?

    Formestane is a great product, I have used it for years. The problem using it as test booster is that it requires fairly high dosages which literally tanks your estrogen causing estro realated sides. Used at reasonable doses to control estro is where it really shines.

    I have been taking it for years. But cycling may be beneficial. I used to take a product call Diesel Test Pro, it has DHEA included. They recommended a 5 on 2off protocol.

    Most pills are 25 mg. I personally take about 50 mg/day sometimes more. As I said, I notice more energy from the pills. I3C is an estrogen channeler. It channels E2 into less potent forms of estrogen. Formesurge would deffinately work. Erase may work if you take enough, it's a pretty weak AI.
