I wouldn't worry about injuries during basic. Its the other training that you have to worry about. When you have to ruck a 90lb sack 20 miles, the lower back gets shot. So deadlifts with high reps/moderate weight would be the most helpful compared to low reps and high weights.
OP let me know by next year if you're in selection.
But all that aside, your strength does seem more than adequate. Of course there is always room for improvement, but you have 3-6 months to make gains. But since your goal is SF, its 80% mental and 20% physical. You can be the strongest guy...
OP you are very far out from being considered for SF at least a 4 years. But like I stated above, for now don't take anything but eating more. Because you want to be at your normal levels without any help from supplements. 3-6 months time is enough for gaining endurance and strength. Make sure...
Ive tried it and enjoy it. I used to take BSN AminoX, but have noticed with Tripep, I get more endurance out of it. Endurance as in I can push myself 120% for the entire workout and don't die out toward the end.
If you are 18X and going into selection, I would cycle off of all supplements 3-4 months out. Because you wont be able to bring those items with you. And the cadre do search you prior to selection. You want your strength and endurance to be at a maximum with no supplement help.
But that...
I was like wtf is the "cheesing" effect? It sounded like "creaming your pants". But I do notice when I take acuteFX, the harder I push myself, the more psyched up I get. Its amazing!!!!! Seems to kick in harder with athletic activation.
Ab training is simple. People are over complicating it. I agree that the plank is used by crappy trainers. Why hold a plank and waste time, when I can do something else for about 20 seconds that's way more effective.
You can, but I like to drink my preWO. One time I took a fat burner (pills) and fell asleep on the couch waiting for them to kick in. I woke up 4 hours later.
Ran 1 scoop HV and 4 caps of AcuteFX. DAMNNNNN. Energy was insane. And it was only 250mg of caffeine, probably the yohimbe also. It felt like the OG jack3d. The only thing I didn't like is that the powder was sort of stiff due to moisture. Then I checked the expiration date and all 4 bottles...
I played with the dosages and found for me 1 scoop HV and 2 caps amentomax work the best. I know if you run 2 scoops of HV, Coop stated no amentomax needed.
