    Then you could as well go with berberine hcl for and OTC supplement. Metformin from what i have heard also down regulate androgen receptors in the long run making it counterproductive, but it's effective in lowering blodglukos that's for sure.

    3 weeks in and FD2 is beginning to show it's worth. Fuller, stronger, and more endurance. Hypo feeling on empty stomach is gone (guess i adapted) and it really shines on high carb days (refeed day for me). Leg-days = best days with this endurance.

    Remember PES Erase. 50mg was more than enough, almost to the point you thought it was spiked with ATD.. . Today 75-150mg is recommended solo. Maybe the source is off a lower quality nowdays?
