    Lol obviously a day, and this isn't your average clone bud, potent stuff. U just don't up it to 100mg I'll see how I feel at 70mg for the 1 week or 2 and if I feel okay ill up it to 90mg. Btw no PCT or SERMs. Epi or tren doesn't aromatize so it isn't needed.

    4-6 week tren cycle at 70mg a week. Going to stack with 80mg of Epi I'll be keeping posted on how I feel. Probably will bump up the tren another 10mg but depending how I feel mainly.

    Yea my diet knowledge isn't the best but I try. But I will subtract tuna now and add more chicken or beef to the diet thanks.
