    I ordered AH V3 and on your website it says to dose all six caps at once upon waking. Why is this? I would dose V2 three caps twice a day. Just curious on the difference. Thanks.

    Thanks for the response. I really like your refeeding concept. I think I am going to try it. I have never tried anything other than just adding or subtracting calories and varying workouts. I think I am in for a good run for the next 4 weeks.

    That could be but when I was little I remember my sister had a terrible time swallowing small tylenol pills. With practice and not thinking about it she was eventually able to. I suppose that your gag reflex might be really bad but i think you could overcome it with practice.
