I generally progress well by increasing/decreasing load/reps/sets and manipulating rest periods. Changing up exercises at times aswell. I make a change when I feel I need it. At one point or another I've tried all of the above. Everything works for a while but what works best is very much...
All good methods to progress without increasing the load. Supersetting with another chest exercise and cutting rest to 30 seconds between will make 70lb dumbells feel like 100lbs. I'd just try one method you find challenging enough and stick with it until it isn't. No need to overcomplicate things.
I'm not sure taking AAS is the first option I'd consider for a shoulder injury. I've heard good things about TB500 for healing if you can find it. MK677 may help out too though I've not seen an improvement in healing taking it. You could try dry needling as another option. Also tailor your...
Anthony Ellis? I remember his ebook circulating a decade ago. He got his arms to 14" or so in 12 or 16 weeks. That's beginner gains for you. BTW the reason his program works for beginners is he provides a daily diet plan to be followed throughout. It's about eating enough consistently. It...
How would you rate your tricep development in relation to chest and shoulders? See how it goes without the isolation movements. Some guys have huge tri's without ever isolating them just from building a strong bench press and others will need to do extra isolation work to bring them up.
It's pretty easy to look like the guys in magazines. Go to a clothing outlet and get undressed in the change room. If you're at around 10-12% bf you'll look super shredded in the mirror. They're made for posing in.
Front Squats and narrow stance back squats limited to parallel make a brilliant quad builder.
People shy away from squats because when done right to depth and to muscular failure especially at high reps they're just extremely difficult. Your lungs are bursting for air, arms are trembling from...
It takes more effort to be physically fit than it does to be fat and it's not a prerequisite for long term survival anymore. We have the medical advances to live to a ripe old age regardless of how fit we are and that's good enough for most though not necessarily preferable. I've yet to meet...
Yeah seen that users posts a while back. Makes some valid points and some not so valid point which lend to his bias against MK677 as an effective secretagogue in the face of studies proving otherwise. As for dosing times I always take MK677 early in the AM for this reason due to another study on...
Being born black or asian is about your best bet to stave of grey hairs for longer. African Americans typically grey in their 40's, asians in their late 30's and caucasians in their early 30's. Seems a lot of people think grey hairs are an early sign of aging though it clearly has no correlation...
What you mention depending on the loads used is low/medium intensity volume training. I love this training to kill two birds with one stone. A combination of increased muscle mass and improved cardiovacular fitness. Serge Nubret was an advocate for this style of training with no rest periods...
