Do you know who performed the study?
Tbf I think that given the size of the study it’s unlikely that the difference in the body composition changes, which was big, between the groups was down to one just happening to have a better diet on average.
I think the main thing to keep in mind is...
Cocaine’s pretty good until you’ve tried smashing lines of assault labs wild thing between sets. After you start doing that there’s no going back 😪
I heard crack’s even better but you crash hard
What are the best pre-workouts on the market atm?
I’ll split this into five categories. If you don’t have a recommendation in one of them just leave it out. If you care to give your top 3, go for it
- For energy
- For clarity
- Pump enhancer
- With special ingredients
- Overall
Try taking 2 vector and 2 anafuse preworkout on workout days and then space the other servings between your meals, taking them 20-30minutes before your meals
As a few others have said the stack’s probably making you go hypoglycaemic. Both vector and the laxo in anafuse are known to make people go hypo. Stack em, and of course the hypoglycaemic effect will stack. Personally they’ve never given me headaches but my body’s used to fasting
How are you...
Same here. I think it’s main benefit regarding fat loss is that you’ll lose a smaller amount of muscle and a greater amount of fat whilst cutting which wouldn’t show on the scales
My knees have been a pain recently and UC type II has definitely helped. I always apply some volterol to my joints pre-workout now too and I’d recommend it
I wonder about it because I’ve read studies which found that taking allicin and resveratrol pre-workout dampened gains in the groups that took them pre-workout and they said that it’s due to their anti-inflammatory effects
No-one’s disputing that chronic inflammation causes a lot of diseases or...
Astaxanthin looks like a very interesting compound but as it’s an anti-inflammatory antioxidant that stays in your body for a long time I’m a bit concerned that supplementing with it daily couldn’t lead to reduced gains.
