    150mg of transdermal 11KT would do you right. I can't speak for epiandro because I've still never tried it but a lot of people love it.

    I'm pretty conservative but I'd run 150-250mg if it's your first cycle. 400 is gonna produce extreme results if you put in the work and you're never gonna want to lower your dosage in the future.

    Seems like lower doses for longer periods are becoming more common on anavar. I know a guy on 150mg of Test E for TRT that did 10mg of anavar for 8 weeks and his lipids weren't spiked at all. He had phenomenal results.
