    I'm on my 4th day I believe of 10 pumps a day split into 5 morning/ 5 at night. I wake up every night between 1-3am to go pee. Two days in a row now I've slept through the night.

    Very valid point I should have specified. I'm on a pretty dialed in cut currently. Diet is in good order and I'm 750 under maintenance calories daily.
