Anyone still taking soy lecithin for the phosphatidic acid?

From what I recall 1200mg PA (2 tbsp) pre and post workout then a 3rd dose later in the day. Then just 1 to 1.5 servings a day angel maybe 2 weeks of loading.

What is your secret weapon for fatloss? (besides diet)

Yes and no. Physiological Insulin Resistance is a benign state that is not making your diabetic insulin resistance worse. A ketogenic dieter becomes adapted to sparing glucose for use by those cells which absolutely require it. Some brain cells, red blood cells and testes require glucose...

What is your secret weapon for fatloss? (besides diet)

No that is a myth especially if you're a long term keto dieter like me where you have "physiological insulin resistance" where your waking blood sugar is over a 120 yet you can drop fat with ease..... so blood sugar really has no relevance because you could have blood sugar spikes all day long...

Anyone still taking soy lecithin for the phosphatidic acid?

Absolutely, but eventually, you may find it's not as convenient as caps and if you fast like me it becomes an issue with fat and cals pre and post workout (I train 430am). I plan to buy a damn case of @sns8778 SNS PA product when it launches. lol I also recommend a loading phase for maybe 7 to...

Yup. I posted this update 2 weeks ago on Facebook: well...it's that time again. I was enjoying the past couple of months, sort of the calm before the storm with no major craziness with regards to further supply chain problems and pricing..just the usual headaches...... Yeah, I'm not sure what that's all about, nor do I care about political stuff on this forum. I'm just letting you know so in case you decide to blame somebody or an entity that has nothing to do with it, like for instance, China ....just understand this is capitalism (which is a good thing)...

Protein and coming food cost inflation.

...um..no....Has....... zero to do with the president and keep in mind the prices started going up in spring 2020 (Trump). This all started in mid 2020 but many supplement shops and small brands were not aware unless they were some of the major players constantly moving product and always...

Protein and coming food cost inflation.

Yes, they have no choice but to be. Even for the biggest brands out there, a typical 2lb tub costs $20 now to produce. So once they deplete stock of those cheaper 5lb and 2lb ones you will see the price changes.
