I also found if i hold my arms out 45 degrees, shrug and then drop my shoulders forcefully my traps come up about six...

    I've seen my friend run 800mg test with no a.i. and do no pct, he got no sides during or after and he used the same gear i ran at half the dose, i needed a.i. or i got e2 sides and of course i ran pct. I'm not sure he even makes aromatase, ive heard of some needing a.i. at trt dose. It's crazy...
