    It depends on where in the world you are, i can only speak for UK, here i got iirc 16 health markers, testosterone included for £80. In the past i have had total testosterone only test for £25. I doubt you would get much cheaper than that so it's a good price to shoot for. Last time i used...

    I read Brawn and Beyond Brawn like it was the bible! I'm not sure his philosophy of minimal work and maximum recovery has aged well with what we know about hitting a muscle multiple times a week to maximise mps but there's probably still lots to gain from reading those books.
