    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

Enterically coated is definitely the way to go. Fish burps are a very real phenomenon! You're not in the minority, fish isn't my forte either. I can eat canned tuna with copious amounts of mayonnaise, but that's about it!

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

Yup, was just commenting on a solid fish oil supplement. In terms of dosing, megadosing, I used NOW Foods, Omega-3 Fish Oil with lemon flavor I believe. I smelled like fish 24/7, and had a bit of GI distress, but dammit I looked lean! lol.

    HokiePride...{The Return}...2016

That's quite the story; powerful stuff my friend! In terms of recovery, how do you think weight lifting influenced your recovery? I'm just getting back into it myself, but have been feeling great actually, well since starting TRT. I'm thinking the supplement regime, coupled with a clean diet...

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

Agreed on the complications from over-doing EPA/DHA, as the GI issues I experienced, and thus the decreased nutrition absorption were not worth the marginal benefits. NOW is a great brand. However, for me personally, Kirkland Fish Oil is my go to. It's extremly cost effective, UPS certified...

    APEX-ALCHEMY D-3 1200!

Or course. Out of curiosity, would a properly dosed D/K product be feasible? My knowledge on transdermals is really limited.

    APEX-ALCHEMY D-3 1200!

Thank you! I use K2 obviously because it helps to ensure the calcium transported by the Vitamin D is absorbed by your bones where it's needed, rather than accumulating in deposits in your arteries. I haven't had time to read the research on D transdermals that you posted, so I wasn't sure how...

    Back to the basics

Definitely. My nephew's response: "I don't have 2.5 lb weights, can I just do 5...?" Looks like we're making a run to Dick's Sporting Goods today! My wife and wallet are probably both gonna kill me!

    APEX-ALCHEMY D-3 1200!

Would it still be worthwhile to supplement this wrh K2? Seems like a great product. I really enjoyed the ease of application with both Helios & Stanogen.

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

Prior to switching to nattokinase (rather than 81mg aspirin), I would take 2-3 grams regularly, daily. But, I'm 6ft3, 255 lb, and obviously dosing is size, metabolism, etc. dependent.

    Back to the basics

Great post @Smont I just shared this with my nephew. He's just getting into weight lifting with high school football.

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

I would break up the doses, evenly, and consume around meal times (i.e., 4-6 times a day). Still messed with my stomach, but I was noticeably more lean and had great vascularity

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

If you search the AM forum from back in the day, folks were doing similar doses to me. Search "Fish Oil Megadosing" or something to that extent.

    EPA/DHA Fish Oil Immune Suppression

I know some of the research is contradictory at best. EPA/DHA does exert an immunoregulatory response, with some research citing positive effects, and others negative ones. In 2011, I dosed 10-12g daily of EPA/DHA during a cut for 45 days, with a high protein, high fat and low carb diet, and...

Kleen - Project 50: Under Construction

I made the mistake of cutting my calories too low, and for fasting for fat too long of a time. I was fasting for health related issues and not muscle/fitness optimization. I was actually doing 72 hour fasts, bi weekly for 2 months. It helped tremendously with some stomach/GI issues but resulted...

Wannabebatman from 2009. I popped up occasionally, more recently to ask questions about transdermals, mostly IF stuff, as I had no experience with them. What's with this Starscream guy? He used big words? Was kind of a dick? Argued with everyone? Big words bad?

    Old Guy on Tren?

Deca (nandrolone) can cause anxiety. Nandrolone enhances synaptic currents mediated by the GABAA receptor in the brain's hypothalamus, and thus can cause anxiety, sleep disturbances and other behavioral issues. Any cycle, generally and regardless of the compounds being run, can cause issues...

    Old Guy on Tren?

It sounds like you have lots of anabolic experience, both good and bad, but what about your diet & training? I see that you're eating "3k calories," but nutritional quality matters. Are you eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, good lean protein sources, and keeping your diet eclectic and...

    I love RAW EGGS

Good question. I think a lot of people get put off by the potential disgustingness of the texture, but it's not actually bad, in fact, and maybe this is sad, or it says a lot about me, but I've started to prefer it. Let me explain. I eat anywhere from 6-12 raw eggs a day. I crack open the eggs...

Okay, now I'm curious, what did the guy do? Lol. I work in finance and have a medical background as I was studying to be a PA back in the day. Not meaning to derail the thread, so apologies in advance.
