Correct nurses don't aspirate. But I promise u fail the practical if u don aspirate lol.
I almost always aspirate even on one handed shots like in delts. I do it for fun an cuz It makes me feel like a pro
I always go thru a check list :
Penetrate
Aspirate
Inject
Withdraw
I think I have a rough outline of winter/spring cycle. do tren and winny for 8 weeks starting December than followed by 4-6week low test dose and in march do npp for 6-8werks with winy and mast than possibly
Continue on with low test, and 500 mast per week till June and than blast tren again...
I only used npp once at 75mg Ed
For 4 weeks. I can't really justify it only on the npp since I was coming out of a cut and added in carbzzz but I was very full looking. I was also taking some test. But I did feel a difference and especially after my cut cycle I was able to continue pounding...
Test makes feet bigger bro it's science. Test raises ur alpha skill and cuz u have more energy ur body makes HGH which in turn make igf which grows ur feet.
Watch out bro
Yea run ur test lower than ur tren. I did 375 test e per week and started tren 75eod ended up doing 75-100mg Ed. Low test keeps sides down and allows u to use more tren in my experience.
It looks like a great set up. U can use tbol or anavar in the first part of ur cycle if u like.
3-4weeks from a doc means they don't see anything wrong w u so they jus tellin u 3-4 weeks.
No real injury takes 3-4 weeks to recover.
You do not know what loooooong time off injury means.
Dude it sounds like u got some light injury, went to the doc and he figured out that it's not a big deal so he sent u for an x ray jus for ur peace of mind.
Ur injury just seems very minimal by ur discription.
Title says rotator cuff injury than ur talking about wrist injury....? What is the...
Of course an x ray will show no breaks, u tore soft tissue not a bone. If u did break a bone u would know.
You should have done an MRI. If ur doc/ pt did not point u in the MRI direction I would look for new docs.
Injectable blend of tne/dbol is serious but it's not for the weak hearted.
Injectable dbol standalone is very good too.
Also tren no ester can be a redic pre wo but it's person dependent.
