Haven't checked in for a while due to family issues but I just got caught up and your progress has been insane. Especially reading through over a course of 1-2 weeks. Keep it up man!

Thanks everybody. It's been another rough week with the funeral and family coming in from all over the globe. The positive side is we all got to see each other and enjoy some good times. Although this definitely threw my diet off I tried to hit my calories at best I could...
Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Grandfather passed away this past week and things have been hectic. Diet/training have been off but a lot of more pressing matters to take care of at the moment. I'll be back next week and back on track. To health and happiness everyone.
16x is coming soon! Keep it steady, don't break down or break yourself. I'm been on a diet break the past couple weeks. Hovering around 160. Gonna do a 4 week mini cut for October. Aiming for ~155 and enjoy the abs for a bit before a slow lean bulk for the winter. You'll be my cardio motivation...
rand0m: we do something like this for night applications but she is pretty lazy about it in the morning. If it was makeup she would probably wake up early for it lol…
Still battling this bug so haven't been able to workout. Tomorrow I hope. Anyway, received the 2nd bottle of SN. I'll make sure to shake it thoroughly this time. It's a world of difference compared to the end of the first bottle (super thick and grainy).
Came down with a bug yesterday. It was really hot Sunday and the 5k burned me out. Resting up the next few days so I don't push my body too hard and get sick for a week or something. I want to to start month 2 at 100% and hit it hard.

Looking lean and still making progress. My calories are still high enough where I don't feel like I'm in a deficit which is great. Thanks dsade for sending another bottle. This is keeping me motivated and can't wait to see how much more progress I can make in 4-5 more weeks...
Low intensity or not, you can't sustain decent recovery doing this long term. What you've been doing is what my friends in contest prep do near the end. They usually look like death and they are eating twice as much if not more than you. Don't be so hard on yourself. Take a step back then take 2...
Why don't you scale back on the cardio so your weight training gets back on track? At least leave the all out sessions for the last week or 2. Long ways to go but you'll get there, as long as you stay alive!
Oops, I just messaged you about BMP before reading this. If the powder is easily broken up then I don't see the need for fillers either. I'm about to finish a month on BMP and it's having a noticeable effect on my strength. Any price change for the new version?
