Ok. I just didn't know if there was a level where a supplement just won't help anymore. I was told under 200 you should really be on TRT and wasn't sure with my level if I should just go on it now. For reference I did have it tested years ago and it was a little over 400 so it hasn't dropped all...
I'm in my early 40's an recently got my test checked. Results said I was at 345. Is this normal for someone my age and has anyone gone on TRT at this level or should I just try the supplement route. Thanks for any help.
Recently I've been getting upset stomach's and major gas issues with anything whey related. I also tried casein but a still having issues. Has anyone had similar problems or recommendations? I've tried mainly Optimum since it's the cheapest option I have locally. Ordering online can be a pain...
I don't want anything with green tea extract or anything that could be a stimulant. Even a bulk powder with a single ingredient would work. I just don't know what is the latest or best at this point. I've been out of the loop on these types of products.
Yeah thats fine as long as you don't overdue it. .25mg should be fine as its very potent. It might take some time for you to really come back since you were on for so long but keep getting tested every 8 weeks if you can to see where you're at. How old are you anyway?

With such a short and low dose cycle, you should 100% recover. Most people that experience permanent shutdown were on for very long periods of time and using multiple steroids for high dosages. In my opinion you are using way too much Anastrozole as well. You are going to crater your estrogen...
