3 days in and experienced:
Great all day energy despite halving usual dose of L-Carnitine
Slight neurotropic effects / mental drive and clarity
Mild increased body heat and sweating in the gym
Better endurance and mild strength increase while training
Seems to be helping with recovery from...
L-Carnitine: 400 mg/ml.
AMP-5: 100 mg/ml.
ATP: 50 mg/ml.
Choline: 25 mg/ml
Magnesium: 20 mg/ml.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hcl): 5 mg/ml.
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 1,000 mcg/ml.
I picked up Mikes inj. L-Carnitine "AMP-Extreme" which includes AMP-5 and ATP plus the above ingredients. I love...
GREAT SUCCESS!
Saved my gut. I still will take one every once in a while if I wake up feeling stomach upset and it seems to knock it out. Healed my girls gut (potentially SIBO) and 70 year old father (ulcerative colitis) as well.
Pin for everything else, but oral 100% for gut.
I prefer in the...
I'm stacking Phospatidic Acid (PAXT) , CEL Alpha One and Peptibolic right now and feel bigger even just 10 days in. Past runs of each on their own have yielded great results activating MTOR. I suggest upping the training intensity and carbs/protein as the supps both seem to help with recovery...
@sns8778 Pepti and PAXT are back in the rotation and I love them. Really helping me bounce back after my hiking trip / vacation in New Zealand. 33,000 steps a day with a pack and less gym time should have been more detrimental.
Hello All,
I'm doing a 6 day long hiking/backpacking trek and wanted to see if anyone had any advice on supps to mitigate catabolism and enhance endurance. So far I am thinking EAAS to prevent muscle loss and cordyceps and ephedra for endurance. I'll probably also bring gummies, protein bars...
How do you guys prevent gyno exacerbation while supplementing DHEA? I have lower than optimal DHEA levels but always feel a little in the nips when I've supplemented it in the past.
Great for bringing up lagging muscles.
Had success around that 40-50mcg dose 50/50% bi-laterally in the muscle trained (prioritizing the muscle intended to grow ... ex pin front delts on a push day). Prefer immediately pre workout because it seems to help with pumps but have had seemingly equal...
Also- Personally, if I want to bring up a lagging body part, I use my cheat meal or refeed immediately post workout of that muscle, take arachidonic acid pre workout (if I am injury free) and/or (if you are interested in peptides) IGF bilaterally in the muscle (upper chest) before or immediately...
I'm sure your routine will get some tweaking from the forum. BUT one thing, If chest is stubborn incorporate some sort of fly movement where you get the stretch and load, and can get shoulders and tris out of it. They might be taking over. I also prefer flat press on a machine or plate loader...
