    How do you stay motivated?

In my opinion kipping pull-ups are as much pull up as a rowing machine is water rowing. Similar but still very different. Each with a different purpose, both good though at what they’re intended for. And to be honest, I wish Crossfit spent more time doing pure strength. But there’s only so many...

    How do you stay motivated?

It works for sure. And it’s not like you’re stuck there for ever. Change up the game a little until you want to get back in the old gym. Variation is good for the soul some times.

    How do you stay motivated?

Facts. As with any gym where coaching is a focus. There are plenty of awful coaches at traditional gyms. A good coach will be unwavering in form. You’ll hate them for it though lol. The stigma against kipping is strong, but with balance they aren’t that bad. As long as strict doesn’t get ignored.

    How do you stay motivated?

You wouldn’t be the first and you most certainly won’t be the last. If you want, DM me and I can help you do some local research as to what gyms in your area are good and which are bad. I’ve been doing it since 2010 and am in the best shape of my life. I’ve met some of my best friends at my...

    How do you stay motivated?

I’m going to say something different than anybody else here but I really think you should just try doing something different. I am one of the few CrossFit people on this board and I would definitely say it keeps me going every single day. For the competition with others in my gym and the...

Need to bring up my biggest weak point(arms) looking for advice

If you want bigger arms then keep it to supersets, and negatives. Whatever causes the most metabolic byproducts to come out of your muscle cells. Also, Biceps are nice but triceps will make your arm look bigger. TIME UNDER TENSION IS KEY. COMPOUND MOVEMENTS ARE BEST. For instance...one of my...

Any benefit to doing incline press at a 60 degree angle.

Bench at any angle is a good thing. I have a separated shoulder that gets in the way of flat benching. You’ll especially get a lot out of supersets at that angle. Also, something you might want to try...Floor Presses. It’s like a bench press but while laying on the floor. Look up a YouTube...

    Suggestions on my routine

Compound movements will be good for you based on your infrequency of training. However, I know this is going to sound a little off the wall but there is a work out you can do that takes little times and will get you in the best shape of your life.... Sprints. 20 minutes of a sprint cycle will...

    Summer ready SARM log

I’m sorry if I came across saying that SARMs don’t suppress. I know that they do. Balls won’t be working as much, so I definitely will be on alert. Essentially the only SARMs I’ll be taking are LGD and RAD, which is a well known stack. The other stuff are all metabolic modulators: -YK is a...

    Summer ready SARM log

TBH I think half of everyone that tries SARMs gets bunk stuff. By design, a SARM should NOT SHUT YOU DOWN. Selective - Only the Androgen Receptor in skeletal muscle So yes there is going to be suppression. But your balls are still working for all the other systems that use testosterone (and...

    Summer ready SARM log

Yes, more or less. While suppression does happen, the benefit of a SARM is that because it’s only selective for skeletal muscle and doesn’t affect LH or FSH that a pharma-grade PCT won’t be needed. I do have clomid on hand but if anything it’ll be a week or two. SARMs do not shutdown, and if...

    Summer ready SARM log

    I am 32, 6’2”, 215lbs. I have run 2 1-andro/epi-andro cycles that have gone ok. However, this time around I’m concentrating on serious athletic improvement and getting “summer ready”. My cycle is as follows... 60 days: LGD4033 - 15mg RAD140 - 30mg YK11 - 10mg GW(cardarine) - 25 mg ITPP - 25 mg...
