    Well yesterdays arms day was pretty ****ty. My brother and his friend were in the basement for like 2 hours so I went down hoping they'd almost be done.. Just in my way the entire time. I went heavy on all lifts and just left.

    I've never taken exem before so I can't help you there, perhaps someone else could! I normally just take arimistane which is in el1minate and pct revolution black. So far, I havnt seen a single issue to this day.
