    That was always the main benefit I saw from ingredients like epicatechin and it is very important. Having muscle energy later in sets in an almost linear fashion as beginning sets can (and does) result in strength and mass gains. Much more noticeable in higher volume training.

    Correct, and trust me, I am in no way defending what happened with lockdowns and ****. I am just saying that my experience here in Colorado was that hospitals were full and they were turning people away. Whether it was labeled the flu (but it wasn't) or whatever, it was crazy.
