Hey Guys,
Scoping out my next cycle and I've heard a lot of great stuff about the Olympus UK products around here.. so I wanted to give their stuff a shot.
I've got 2 cycles under my belt - Halo and recently DMZ.. got nice results with both.
Stats are 5'9 166lbs 10% body fat. Looking to pack...
I saw this at the grocery store today... was kinda expensive at $5, but had to grab it.
Check out these stats. Just an insane amount of protein and low on the carbs.
What do you guys think?
If this stuff gets cheaper, I could see it becoming very popular among the bulkers/hard gainers...
Thanks for the advice guys

Benched 225 for 5 reps today.. **** ya, lol.
So far, PCT has been going well. I'm not feeling any sides at all..

I'm working on planning out my next cycle - to start in 8 weeks, so October timeframe or so.
I previously ran Xtreme DMZ and got some good results. Packed on about ~10 pounds in 5 weeks... but looking to run something new this time around.
Any suggestions?
I'm 5'9 28yo and 165lbs
Still holding steady - weighed in at 164 today.

I started eating a lot more recently to save money and to bulk up.. so far the results have been...
Man this post is really thought provoking.. kinda gets me thinking.
Lets say you had a choice between these two options.. what would you pick?
(1) single with not many friends - working 60 hours a week and pulling in $100K/year, having 6 pack abs, a nice house, and driving a BMW..
or
(2) in...
Totally agree man.. I get more satisfaction from training than chasing tail. I've had enough random ***** in my life that it really doesn't appeal to me that much anymore.
Drinking is very productive socially, but it's damaging in just about every other way. Lifting, on the other hand, is a...
I think it really comes down to big sacrifices lead to big gains. However, most sacrifices tend to have a consequence or side effect.
You made a lot of sacrifices to achieve the body that you wanted.. and now you gotta live with those consequences.
It's a lot like an entrepeneur who lived...
Update - I've been taking my eating pretty seriously... yesterday I hit up a brazilian steakhouse and packed away ~3lbs of steak. Then today I had a big ass steak for lunch. And 3 steak burgers for dinner.
Here is a pic I took today.. copy paste --> i.imgur.com/5oEKxTM.jpg
