    I was just rotating glute to glute, but it compounded on top of each other. 3 to 4 weeks in I added in left delt. So at first it was one week then with a three site rotation about a week and a half. By the time the week and a half roles around the spot isnt sore and no inflammation.

    Chances are you won't notice much more. If you have more left I would just keep going. Push it 10 and see how you feel. If you have more left go longer. I would not buy more to extend the cycle, just if you have more leftover keep going to use it up.
