    yeah I was gonna go down to 5mg. I guess I could put 20mg though and just remove 5mg if you think that would make it more accurate removing weight rather than adding???

    I have some sarms/ serms where I want to take half the dose. would opening them up and weighing them on a scale then just swallowing the powder with some water be fine? it doesn't have to hit my stomach in the capsule does it? lol. might sound stupid but id rather ask for recs. or even mixing it...

    Yeah I wasn't planning on running them all together, I just bought them all cause the deal that was going on. I was gonna go lgd cycle, pct and take a break, run the osta on a mini cut and then run the yk or run the yk first. How would you dose yk?? Only one I haven't taken Dma378 ??
