Chad Wesley Smith, Brandon Lilly, Dan Green, Mark Bell.
Chad Wesley Smith and Brandon Lilly are together in a lot of YouTube vids that are must watch videos if you train powerlifting. Things that took me years to first understand they sum up in videos.
And supertraining TV with Mark Bell is...
I'll keep this brief. I know I hitched by last attempt during my last meet but I just got one red so I got the lift. But hitching is illegal. So what I'm trying to ask is it based on the amount of hitching? You just can't hitch too much? Or is it because just one judge thought I hitched it and...
Follow doctors orders. Make sure you wear your post surgery compression shirt so your nips heal even. Take atleast 4 weeks off the gym, sleep on your back. That's all I can think of haha I had it done like 2 years ago. I'll answer any questions if you ask
What test booster were you taking? And squeeze your nips and tell us if there is any fluid discharge this is extremely important to know how we should attack this. And how long have u had gyno? Is it from Steroid use?
Well I guess I'll be the only person to say I don't like him. I don't hate him but other than being cool to look at he doesn't seem to have much to offer. I think most of the advice he gives is ridiculous. Like the 8 hour arm workout or all the videos he does claiming overtraining doesn't exist...

I do 1 gram in the morning, 1 gram pre workout , and 1 gram before bed. It's pretty cheap. If anybody thinks I'm taking too much let me know. I've just heard it's great for a lot of things.
