Looking good in here rod Question for you bro: I injured my delt on OHP about 6 weeks ago. I can still do flat pressing as long as I flare my elbows and slow the speed of the bar. OHP hurts with warmup weights. When I tuck the elbows on OHP it doesn't hurt as much I believe it is my posterior...

    Best Test booster now!!

Whatever happened to the popular d -aspartic acid/arimistane stack? I did it about 3 years ago and it delivered pretty damn good results. I've seen DAA take some criticism in recent years, but I swear it worked. Pumps in the gym were awesome

    after strong lifts 5x5?

Did 531 for 12 months. Awesome gains in strength and size. However, injuries started to mount the longer I stayed on it. Eventually, you will be constantly lifting at ~90% all the time. Even those deloads did very little to stave off injury and allow healing. I had to switch to the juggernaut...

    Vitamin d3 experience

What ratios of vitamin d3 and magnesium do you suggest? I was doing 5000 IU's of d3 for 3 months and I noticed my sleep quality was fantastic. However, I felt low energy during the day and experienced blood pressure spikes and anxiety. I began taking 2500 mg chelated magnesium per day while...

    Vitamin d3 experience

I've read that one should supplement 500 mg of magnesium for every 1000 IU's of d3. So at 5000 IU's, 2500 mg magnesium should be taken. That seems like a ridiculous amount. Plus, you would have to up your calcium since magnesium uses up calcium. You would run into some problems if calcium stores...

Do you take extra magnesium in conjunction with D3? I've been getting some sides that I'm hoping will vanish since I started 1500 mg magnesium chelate today.

Exactly. I knew a guy that started 5000 IU's a day after he completed a PCT of nolva and clomid and his TT went from 630 to 850 in 4 months

Huh? What are you talking about? D3 is natural. You can get it from various foods and natural sunlight. I'm not shutdown. D3 depletes magnesium stores, which is why people get sides from megadosing. You are clueless on this. Read up before you post something so asinine

    Vitamin d3 experience

I've been dosing 5000 IU's a day for six weeks. I have to say my bodybuilding and strength endeavors have vastly improved. I'm stronger, leaner, bigger, and am sleeping at night better. However, I have had a heavy increase in anxiety and my libido and morning wood are quite diminished. I...

Rod, have you ever had issues with your rear delt coming off the bench during the ascent of the bar? This has been happening lately and it's making my bench look like a train wreck. I'm also having trouble keeping that right lat tight and down. I don't think MFR is the answer, as I do plenty of...

Rod, any idea why my right knee is not tracking my toes? I notice it doesn't even track when I'm walking or sitting. The knee sits inward. I'm thinking its a hip issue because it looks better after I spend quite a bit of time stretching out the hips with Kstarr stretches. Wanted to check and see...

Nice work in here, rod. Any idea why my right elbow wants to tuck and my left elbow wants to flare on bench and OHP? I'm consistent with mashing my lats and tspine with various tools, so couldn't be that

    Recurring quad strain

I have the stick. I find that it doesn't dig in as much as the basic foam roller. I use the battlestar on my calves twice a week along with lats and IT band. The hard beastie on my glutes as well.
