    Yohimbine for me, was a heart attack waiting to happen. Always look to make sure none of my supps contain this now. BP skyrocketed and headaches were awful. Hate that stuff. Do be careful with this product.

    Shake = Terrific I use the shake according to directions, with the exception of upping the carb. dose (WMS) and find it to be terrific! I'll be picking up more bulk P-Slin just in case it disappears from NP.

    Havoc (epi) would be my choice, based on what I've read here about Methyl 1d. Never tried the Methyl 1d. Havoc was good to me though.

    The gains are more gradual with the USP line of products, but I'm not trashing my body to get there. Also, I don't have the rapid loss of gains like I did with those other products. Trust me, when you get to be my age, you will be more concerned with your health. USP has a fine line of products...
