I burnt myself out. In high school I was a baseball player, but couldn't lift 135 on bench. I was 260 then. After I graduated, I literally went almost every day for about 1 or so and I felt so burnt out. Then after my 3rd ph cycle I didn't bounce back properly. I was lactating through my...
My arms have gone down in size since I took the break from the gym and lost some weight. I can get the arms back, but the chest is another problem. I've noticed I tend to store a lot of fat in my chest. I have muscle there, but it's just that stubborn fat that doesn't wanna leave.
I appreciate your time my man. Leaned out a lot the past few months. Was 240. I'm doing a strength program at the moment. My strength isn't where it should be at my weight and age. I'm not naturally strong.
Getting back into lifting again. Need some opinions if I need to cut some more or lean bulk. I'm 21, 200 pounds 6"2. Sorry if this is the wrong thread .. Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
When it first happened , doc said nothing was wrong. Blew my mind. So now that I mention it to my new doctor she just brings up the same results the first doctor did
Haven't check since then about the lactating because I haven't had it wet spots around my nipples in the last year. But literally if you squeezed it, it shot out like a water gun. Scared the heck out of me
So I've explained this before but Ima just lay it all out. A little long but stay with me, I need some advice. So my dumb ass about 3 years ago started hitting the gym right after high school. I started lifting with a group about a year younger than me. We lifted and it got to the point where...
Total calories is 3000. Carbs is 300 protein is 225 with 100 fat. I wanna gain as much lean muscle as possible. What I was thinking about doing was lowering carbs, and raising fats. And basing about 100 or so before and after my workout only
So based on my research I have a mesomorph type of body. I have recently posted that I work in construction, which now I got moved to the small repair/painting side so I'm not as active when I was working on houses, but nonetheless I'm still moving around in the heat all day. I'm trying to work...
I think it is what you said above. Hard to hit my caloric needs when on the job. Guess Ima have to find a way. I don't think it's a actual problem lol, I think it's just because of more activity and restricted eating times.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
My stats before I begin. I recently lost about 30 pounds or so coming off a gym break. I haven't lost strength at all, I guess while on my break I leaned out? I can't explain it. But I'm:
196 pounds
6"2
Don't know my body fat. I have chest muscles but it...
What's going on guys. I'm currently coming back to the gym regularly again but I kinda want to change my routine to powerlifting. I've always been weak. When I was in high school I could barely bench 135. I didn't like to lift because for my size I knew I wasn't strong and there were guys...
Focusing on nutrition. I have a hard time with it. I'm a picky eater. I just also quit smoking. Well trying at least. It has been a day or so. But yeah, nutrition is my biggest part
Fell off the bride myself, I'm back . Basically haven't been to the gym consistently in 4 months. I was 238, I'm now 205. See you got a beach ball in that arm man lol.
