  1. Muscle Gelz HEAL Review

Thanks! Yeah, not one to have too much of an opinion until I've tried it, so I figured why not! I'd love to hear some other people on the forum try it as well! Also good to know that it's all systemic! Appreciate it man!
  2. Muscle Gelz HEAL Review

Depending on cost I'd give it a shot, or if you are able to acquire just BPC-157 easier, you could try that as well! I can say that I ran two "cycles" when I ruptured mine, one just BPC and one with TB-4, I didn't notice a difference between the two, but everybody reacts differently. I did feel...
  3. Muscle Gelz HEAL Review

So I thought I would leave this quick review since this product seemed pretty mixed. The main crux of the issue was how effective bpc-157 would be transdermally, I believe everybody is in agreement that both BPC and Thymosin-Beta-4 are effective. First off, the only study I saw @WesleyInman post...
  4. Advice for BMP vs Myosynergy for torn meniscus

Appreciate it, makes sense, one helps to build more muscle while the other allows you to build more muscle. My understanding is probably pretty simplified, but I get the gist! Thanks for the reply!
  5. PSA pain relief for sore muscles joints tendons (4x stronger than Icy Hot)

I use a brand called bigeloil all the time for my muscles, cheaper and stronger than biofreeze in my experience. Also made for horses...
  6. best bang for buck fish oil

Micro ingredients fish oil on Amazon. 2000mg EPA AND 1500mg DHA. Just under $25 for 100 servings. Pretty good deal from what I’ve seen!
  7. Surpesa? Looking for feedback

In on this as well, would like to hear!
  8. How far will you go for gains/losses?

In terms of burn or taste, pretty much anything. In terms of smell? Pretty dependent upon how long it lasts and if it could be masked.
  9. NEW Brand coming to AM. Time for some new blood.

This sounds amazing! Super excited for this, the focus factor of pre's never really seems to hit for me!
  10. SHIN SPLINTS

For me it would depend on a few things. If I had a big meet coming up at a national level usually I'd taper off the week before and really work on some inflammation reduction. But this would be saying that you only need to run hard for one day. For a more permanent solution, or if I was in your...
  11. APEX-ALCHEMY'S New Helios 100 Gel Logging Opportunity!!!

Haven't ran a log yet, but I'd be fine paying for a bottle and running a log if you need more people. Just finishing up a bottle of helios and love it, so I'll be getting this when it's out anyways!
  12. BPC-157 Help

Perfect, then that's what I'll do! Thanks for the reply.
  13. Want to Start from Scratch; Best Self-Education Resources?

For what it's worth, I tend to go about learning 3 ways. 1. Read books on the subject, which it seems you already do. Honestly, go to a bookstore, find books that fit what you want to learn and search the reviews and see how they are. 2. Videos, there are a ton of terrible people for...
  14. One exercise for one month...what would you do?

Definitely some compound movement, probably clean and jerk. Especially if we're allowed to modify that singular lift. A ton of ways to change up some positions, start from the hips, knees, start like a deadlift, etc.
  15. Recent Achilles Rupture. My post-surgery recovery supplements

As for a quick update, I started rehab on monday, some more active stretching as well as some light strengthening exercises (calf lifts, moving the ankle left and right with a towel on the ground, etc.) There is no pain in the leg and besides not being very flexible, I'd say it's doing pretty...
  16. Recent Achilles Rupture. My post-surgery recovery supplements

No, it's probably been a couple of years since I've been on antibiotics. Most likely it is our training, we have had 5 Achilles ruptures this year on our team. Considering we are a well-established D1 program I find this odd. We've all been interviewed by our dietician, as well as some other...
  17. Recent Achilles Rupture. My post-surgery recovery supplements

Let me know how it goes, still debating on it! If there's significant improvement then I definitely may go for it!
  18. SHIN SPLINTS

Interesting! I wasn't aware, Ill be looking into that! Thanks!
  19. SHIN SPLINTS

So for some quick context, I'm a D1 track athlete, so I end up running a fair bit. I have had shin splints since middle school. I have also had 4 stress fractures in my shins, so I know the pain. Here are some of the things I have tried, some help, some not so much, but they may work for you...
