I know that but is it still effective for that purpose if it is used in the presence of antioxidants that do have an effect on training adaptations? Hopefully coop will chime in.
A lot of the supplements I take preworkout contain antioxidants (nac, vitamin c, curcumin and many others) and I know that the benefits of the lemon verbena in Amino IV are that it provides antioxidant effects without hindering adaptations to exercise. So my question is would taking these...
Yeah that's what I'm wondering. The half life of nitrates vs the half life of hawthorn berry. I would rather use the liver suppoort I have and just use nitrates for bp if it can be used for that purpose.
Everyone uses hawthorne berry and celery seed extract on cycle to combat increased bp during a cycle. I find that products containing nitrates reduce my bp more effectively than cycle support products not to mention the increase in endurance. So I'm wondering if its ok to use nitrates instead...
Does anyone know the purpose of the L-malate in the EAA formula? It's not an EAA and isn't in a large enough dose to have endurance benefits like in omega strive so I'm just wondering what it's in there for.
Me too man. I started a thread where i posted about it in uncut. Yohimbine is like toxic poison to my body even in the smallest doses. Even the types they claim are side-effect free still horribly affect me. I refuse to take ANY supplement that has it in it. Why supplement companies keep putting...
I understand that its enough to maintain saturation but I havent taken any beta alanine in months. So I'm wondering if dosing 3.2g once a day will allow me to reach saturation.
Most of the research I've seen states dosing beta alanine 2 times or 4 times a day. My preworkout has 3.2 grams of beta alanine and I'd rather just dose beta alanine once a day for convenience. So I'm wondering if beta alanine saturation will still occur at once a day dosing instead of multiple...
Well I'm not using uncut for fatloss. I'm using it as a preworkout. I just want to know if taking carbs with it will block the yohimbine side effects because I dont think I can continue taking it without somehow reducing the negative effects.
I enjoy using uncut for the great focus and energy it gives me but I get some nasty side effects from the yohimbine in it. Gives me high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, cold sweats, and nasuea. I have read that insulin blocks the fat burning effect of yohimbine but I'm wondering if it can also...
Ok great thanks flight. So the mg amount is really about the same as before except they added n acetyl tyrosine? I'm definitely thinking about using Ultra reps as my next non stim preworkout. The formula looks real solid for endurance.
