ECaY question.
Well this is less about ArA than it is about ECaY.. I hate skipping breakfast so I'm wondering if it's even necessary to be fasted if you are taking ECaY during the day because of the mechanism here.. I just found the exercise cancelling the insulin response thing in the ArA thread and the...- D3x

ECaY question.
Recently I was researching into ArA and found that you are supposed to take it fasted to keep from mitigating it's effects, but taking it during a workout/immediately before a workout also works as well because epinephrine and norepinephrine are released and thats kinda stops insulin's activity...- D3x

From Crossroads Delicatessen in Hopkins, mn Strawberry chicken salad with extra chicken. It also has bleu cheese and walnuts in it. The dressing is made in house and is an olive oil emulsion with poppyseed in it. Tastes like a sweet onion garlic flavor has a decent amount of sugar in it tho so... -

Once my bf% gets under 10% I'mma start wearing yoga pants and a belly shirt to my gym and see if the front desk tells me I can't.. LA fitness is too much of a fashion show so I think it'd be fun to shake things up a little- D3x

what where your stats before you started your first cycle?
Not trying to discount your experience and knowledge of applied practices.. I was just sharing what I learned that has helped me to recomp in a way that burned the candle at both ends without gear.. granted I'm not trying to be a behemoth like you quite yet tho and it probably isn't the quickest... -

So.. I just got home and opened my mail.. letrone was here:D but isnt it supposed to have the lid shrink wrapped?.. also the inner seal was dented in on one side so it opened.. there are 60 blue caps in it tho.. it looked like it could've been a manufacturing line defect.. I'm not too worried...- D3x
