Yes, if you want to "see a -pack" you need to be a) lean enough to see them, and b) have the muscular development there to see. Doing "Ab workouts" are not going to get you a 6-pack, no, but they can help you DEVELOP your abdominal muscles.

Consuming carbohydrates, especially sugary ones, are going to increase your vascularity anyways, and even moreso you've been low on them for a day or few. They will also make your muscles fuller and help definition "pop" re those leaner.

Sometimes you need to listen to your body and do the smart thing - said that to one of my clients today when she asked if she should train or not (she's not felt good and just wanted to sleep for two days - I told her "rest and train tomorrow"). You'd be surprised what that rest day can do!

Each to their own and you have to definitely do what's best for YOU. I dose the same regardless of my carb amounts (except when 50-100g+ in a meal and then I will dose 4 pre and sometimes 4 post-meal and 4 pre-bed too).

I always do - I have 2 caps first thing (and 2 caps immediately post-training before post-training meal). Recompadrol is one of two products that I notice (and hate NOT having) a difference withOUT!
