Not that hard to believe - not all females are aware of such things (I know for hell I wasn't and that was IN-person as well), because sometimes being friendly or "nice" to others is always taken the wrong way...

120.6 pounds this morning. So yeah, if anyone wants to know about scale weight, it's definitely IRrelevant for me as you can see by the fluctuations over the past few days.

Long has it been since I kept a log (and likely will again), but for now, given that Recompadrol (the "gold standard" and king of GDAs IMO) has been discontinued, I've been searching for something that might be able to be used in its stead, and not only because there is little...

I did arms (and abs) yesterday too (should have done Tuesday). Right delt is paying for it (and the muay thai training after). Glad I did it though. Thanks for the motivation reminder, Steve.

Form changed subtly throughout. Keep your core tight - looked at times like your back was taking all the weight, which means abs were not tight. Movement on the way up all single fluid one; on way down butt out first, before hips move and knees flex. Looked good though and as got heavier body...
