TBH other than that article and their citation I'm not sure what else backs up the claims of it being conducive the strength training or improving body composition.
It sounds like you are looking for more of a meal replacement shake as opposed to a supplement that is strictly protein. Keep in mind that these supplements aren't any more beneficial than whole foods and even then you can make your own meal replacement with the protein powder of choice blended...
Sipping on BCAAs isn't the ideal way to use them as far as I'm aware since they aren't going to be constantly increasing protein synthesis. I'm guessing the "time released" aspect is supposed to act the way casein does in comparison to whey. Alpha GPC is supposed to increase GH not trigger mtor...
Props for being bold (?) but aren't you concerned with the lack of data on nefiracetam, sunifiram and the potential excitotoxicity due the the similar effects?
