  1. The New Product Release Thread

I don’t think you’re an outlier regarding the little-to-no response to S7. I’ve used it solo and haven’t noticed much and I’ve heard the same from several others who tried it solo.
  2. The New Product Release Thread

Hers one study showing 3g l-cit increased plasma arginine. Invalid Link Removed There’s also another study showing 2.4g l-cit is enough to boost performance Invalid Link Removed
  3. The New Product Release Thread

I’ve got the full study. I’ll add a link into the description of the video when I get home
  4. The New Product Release Thread

My thoughts too, more or less, when I saw the ingredient. Plus, I'm generally weary of taking most ingredients pre workout that exert strong antioxidant/anti-inflammatory effects (pycnogenol, berberine, s7, vitamin C in high doses, etc) if the main goal is hypertrophy (as we discussed above)...
  5. The New Product Release Thread

I’m not a fan of S7. I think the “research” done on it is being massively overblown. Here’s an interview I did with Dr Scott Stevenson (Fortitude Training) discussing the ingredient in depth: Invalid Link Removed
  6. The New Product Release Thread

Received a few of these myself to try out. Two sessions in, and I'm very very pleased with its performance.

  12. elevATP

Similar to PeakATP in that it’s an exogenous form of ATP shown to increase body ATP levels, both of which have researxh showing it helps improve performance and gains. I think it’s a cool ingredient but would like to see more studies published as well
  13. The New Product Release Thread

Not to mention completely leaving out Methionine...the worst tasting EAA out there, haha
  14. The New Product Release Thread

I would agree. I’m not a huge fan of Norvaline either, but I don’t think a mass hysteria over the ingredient needs to start either based on that new study. Ideally I’d like to see that ingredient and all other poorly utilized compounds by the body (arginine, glutamine, etc) phased out of supps...
  15. The New Product Release Thread

The doses used in that study were on the order of injecting yourself with upwards of 1g of Norvaline. Considering most pre’s use at most 200-250mg I don’t see it being that big of an issue if used sparingly. As with most things, the dose makes the poison. I do expect a fair amount of...

  17. Any love for Betaine Anhydrous Or HMB?

Not to mention the fact that there’s considerable skepticism amongst researchers over the results obtained by Wilson in his “research” with HMB
  18. Any love for Betaine Anhydrous Or HMB?

Betaine has benefits to offer outside of cell hydration and creatine production support. It also aids methylation among other things

  20. Best Test boosters?

Natty test boosters won't do much for actually boosting your testosterone. The most they'll do is increase libido and reduce cortisol and stress
