    What's up, I've been out of the game for a while but continued to still work out. Looking for a pre-WO that is mainly pump based. I don't mind stims, but I can always just throw in a caffeine tab. Although I do like a stimmed product... Seems to be a lot of new stuff out there, last I left off...

    I'm afraid of the potential of cancer with the nitrates. I wouldn't even know where to find which individual ingredients to get nor their dosages

    Yeah but what about all the negatives that go with nitrates? Scary stuff imo, not deathly but what about the years prior we used to use other things that worked well.

    Yeah I'm just trying to figure out what I wanna do. I don't want to short change myself... Granted I wouldn't be but in my head I would be. Carb wise, I'll eat a rice cake or something fast digesting dirty carbs. Any suggestions on fast carbs to eat 30 mins pre?
