Just wanted to get some opinions on how I should structure my training for my upcoming cut.
I'm going to be running ECA and Osta (25mg) for 8 weeks and S4 (50mg) for the first 6.
I'm currently training M-F.
M/Thurs: Chest/Tris
T/F: Back/Bis
W: Shoulders/Legs
