Thanks I appreciate it, usually for breakfast I just have 2 cups of oatmeal and 4-5 eggs . But I don’t really add anything to the oats or the eggs to get those extra calories . I’ll try out what you just said and usually for my shakes I add a tablespoon of peanut butter and usually eat a banana...
what would you recommend for a meal plan? My metabolism is also through the roof , I can eat an entire meal chicken rice steak pasta you name in and less than an hour later I’m getting rid of it no joke.
