    i ran 400mg per week of tren E. very mild, esp. compared to tren A. will not make that mistake again. could have been the gear too - who knows.

    i use non fat milk and whey post workout - then a meal about 45 minutes later. my overall milk intake for a day is around a 1/2 gallon..

    continue the winny for the 2 weeks btw the time you stop injects and start pct. you could drop the EQ to 400 if you like.

    extend the test one week so they test and EQ clear at the same time. test E 1-13 eq 1-12 start pct 2 weeks after the last test injection. if it is going to be a cutter - can the dbol and go for the winny at the end.

    once a week and cut the volume. i had the same prob. i went down to 2 - yes - 2 - sets of standing BB curls after back and they got much stronger. you are already hitting your bis when you do back - esp. the reverse grip pulldowns. maybee kill those too. you think lowering volume does not...
