Are there studies on pork? Part of me would think the fat would make it a "testosterone food". Is it low bioavailability?

I know c4 could cause a headache short term but this has gone on a while.
I was just wondering if anyone else reported a dull headache. I've been taking alphamax a week and had this headache 3-4 days. I'm trying to figure out where it might be coming from.
I compressed my l3/l4 years ago....it acts up from time to time. The last time I had sciatica as well. I just didn't work out for a few weeks and got out of habit.
Plus I work at home....a lot of sitting.
