Ill be taking in around 180g protein, 500g carbs, 30g fats and front loading carbs. I want to avoid bloat which happens to me eating thing like rice, etc.
^ on that same note, when using APW powder you want to measure it on a scale (IE put your glass on a scale, tar it, then pour the powder). The included scoop is way over sized!

Im doin the grand prix on the 14th. I took the day off today and just did cardio this morning. Sunday - Tues = full body circuits (minus legs) 2 or 3 exercises, 5 sets each, 20-25 reps.
Carb intake = 0
Still training relatively hard ~ 75-80% to keep muscle firm.
