    Thanks for the info. What would you suggest during the carb up. Agmatine- dosage? Ill be taking in around 180g protein, 500g carbs, 30g fats and front loading carbs. I want to avoid bloat which happens to me eating thing like rice, etc.

    ^ on that same note, when using APW powder you want to measure it on a scale (IE put your glass on a scale, tar it, then pour the powder). The included scoop is way over sized!
