I'm not in bad shape I just have some injuries that hold my back. I almost completely ruptured my right pec a little over a year ago but it was the muscle that tore and the ortho said I'd be better off not having surgery. One of the mri's showed I also have a partially torn rotator cuff. I...
I'm 36 now and I pretty much struggle to maintain muscle/strength now. When I was in my mid 20's I pretty much added reps or weight every week and mass came with it. Now it seems like I'm just avoiding injury and trying to maintain.
When will we know who gets the go? I'm planning on getting something soon and if I get picked I'll just go with trehnbolic. If not I need to decide on what I'm going to do.
Yeah, there is a lot of info out there. I did a fair amount of research before trying Halomass but it seemed like i got all the bad and very little of the good from it. One PH that stands out a little is Sust 250 By Dna. It seems to have a little bit of everything in it with some added liver...
My only concern with epi and tren is I've read that it can dry you out and dry knees don't go very well with basketball. I am going to continue looking into it though. I applied for a trenabloic promo but I doubt I'll get it. Once I find out I will probably commit to something.
Google intermittent fasting, try to spread your meals out and become less dependant on food. I used to have to eat every 2 hours or I couldn't function but now I can go hours without food and be fine
Try a few weeks or high (100 total in as few sets as possible) reps then go back to something like 8-12. I did this years ago and it seemed to really help. It will also give you a mental boost because 100 reps will challenge you in ways that lower rep heavier weight never could
i partially ruptured my right pec in June of 2013. I had 2 MRI's and multiple trips to the ortho and he said that because of wear it tore, about 1/3-1/2 way down on the lateral side I was not a good candidate for surgery. He said that the scar tissue would be stronger than the suture and I...
This^ a lot of pre-workouts have at least leucine in them now for peace of mind but if your not doing cardio fasted it shouldn't be a concern. Fasted workouts are supposed to be better for GH boosts though and preworkouts work better on an empty stomach.
I've been wanting to try something like this
1.) How old are you? 36
2.) Male or Female? Male
3.) Have you used our products before? No
4.) Would you be willing to update your log at least 4 times a week? For sure
5.) What else would you intend to use while logging this product? Creatine...
I pretty much drink water, coffee, preworkouts and occasionally milk but if I want something different I'll drink Diet Rite. I wish I could remember the guys name but there was a nutritionist at the arnold classic years ago that did a blood test on site and he talked about my nutrition. I know...
Last spring I did 6 weeks of Halomass. I put on at the most 5lbs and probably lost all of that during my PCT (including SARM). I used a cycle support (blockade I think) while on the Halo but there wasn't enough to last the full 6weeks and when I ran out the back pumps got pretty bad. I also...
