    I think dirty bulking gets such a bad rap, but it helps tremendously, im way stronger when im eating 1000-1500 cals above maintenance compared to lean bulking.

    Creatine, i add a bit of water weight and look/feel bloated but it does boost my strength. As for your fear of hormonal strength boosters there are things to counter the side effects that they bring up, these include anti estrogens, a proper pct, liver support supps, and many other things.
