    Its a small dose but its 213mg of the blend + 100mg caffeine. Whatever is in the blend, I have to stay works pretty damn good. The thermogenesis is legit and so is the appetite suppression.

    Align is good.. it has the B.Infinits strain in it which if you read up on the studies and patent its pretty good. Gut health i didnt notice anything from. Like everyone else said.. add fiber man!

    I think I used to use the DTHP and it actually worked pretty good from what I remember. I think Maca was the main ingredient. Used to give me boners like crazy lol

    Keep training at the same intensity that you were training at while on ArA. I think people come off of it and train with less intensity. If you do that, you will likely lose the strength. If you keep lifting heavy you should be able to keep your gains in general.

    I tried the caps solo and then with caffeine. Similar to DMAA but i think DMAA had much more of a focus effect then the AMP. Also after a few days of use tolerance built up and the crash sucked. I wouldnt use it again.. not worth the yo-yo feeling!

    Stop the Dermacrine and get on the Osta.. just start the osta the day after you quit Dermacrine. And then start the Dermacrine up again on your last day of Osta. Osta is somewhat supressive especially at higher doses.

    I had asked IML for any proof that the "Ostarine" that was in their product was legit and they completely blew me off. Use the Celtic labs stuff. Stick with companies that atleast attempt to be legit.

    Huh? Not sure I understand you.. or that you dont understand the correlation between insulin/high GI carbs and Low GI carbs. Basically my goal is to limit how high my insulin levels reach postprandial, so I keep my high GI carbs in check.

    Are there any non-MRP products that use low glycemic carbs? All of the ones I see with carb listings are all coming from ****ty sources. I think if you are going to add carbs.. make it beneficial for the user. Otherwise dont add them at all!

    Its hard to beat a high dose of DMAA (like 50mg) with 100-200mg caffeine. That is straight up tunnel vision.
