Exactly, I'm running it with 330 mg of 4-andro, 270 mg of 1-andro, and 150 mg of androsterone at 3x a day at 75 mg. I'm thinking of trying the preworkout dosing ideology starting next week. It's definitely a "feel good" mindset both in and out of the gym.- Tsteele60

I’m taking 3AD split throughout the day at 25 mg a dose. So far it’s been a week, and I’m down 2 lbs while taking 270 mg of 1-andro and 330 mg of 4-andro a day. It’s been nice so far, can’t wait to see how it is in the long run -
