Because the only side I really had to deal with was raised bp, I just wonder how much more I could have gotten out of it if I went to 60. Have you gone to the doc? Because of your age I wouldn't recommend anything hormonal. It is possible to get it and not have pain imo. I know I have had sensations or itchy nips before but I kind of think it was in my head and I think that is the case with other people too. -
